Returns and Exchanges

1. What is the return policy?

Defect in the item: If you discover a defect in the item, notify the boutique within three days of receiving the item for a replacement or store credit. Boutique will send you return postage.

Received wrong item: If you receive the wrong item, notify the boutique within three days of receiving the item. If the originally purchased item is still available, a replacement will be sent. If not, you will receive a full refund. Boutique will send you return postage.

Ordered wrong size: If you ordered the wrong size, contact the boutique within three days of receiving the item. Customer can return the item for exchange if the originally purchased item is available, or store credit. Boutique will send you return postage.

Shipping

When do items ship?

In-stock items: Typically ship within 3-5 business days. If there is going to be a delay, you will be notified via email.

Pre-orders: Pre-orders will have an "expected arrival" date when ordered. Sometimes pre-orders take longer to receive than originally anticipated. If there is going to be a delay, you will be notified via email.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently we only ship within the United States.

What is the "local pick-up" option?

If you live locally, near Augusta, GA, and are willing to come pick up the items yourself, you may choose that option at checkout and avoid shipping fees. You will receive an email when the items are ready for pick-up. You can pick-up at your convenience 24/7!

What are shipping costs?

Orders from $0-$50 are $6 shipping

Orders from $50.01 to $149.99 are $9 shipping

Orders over $150 ship for FREE

 

Shopping and Ordering

What brands do you carry?

We currently carry Pete + Lucy, Okie and Lou, Clover Cottage, Honeydew, Wellington Design Company (Owners of the Wellie Kate, TwoCan, and Addy Cole brands). We are always looking to add new brands.

Sunshine Savvy makes their own custom bows as well. 

What are the clothes made of?

The material changes depending on the company. Wellington Design Co. and Pete and Lucy use a fabric called "milk silk" for their items. It is so incredibly soft and supple - by far the softest material used for kids clothing. Okie and Lou use a cotton knit blend. Honeydew uses a variety of materials, but most of the clothes are a cotton and spandex blend. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us for help. 

What if I like a certain print, but you do not have the style or size in stock that I would like?

Please feel free to reach out to us and ask! We can contact designers and other vendors to try and find you the exact item you are looking for. We do not make any guarantees that we will be able to find what you are looking for, but we are happy to try. We strive to make our customers happy! 

 

Payments and Discount Codes

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. You can also pay by cash, check, and money order. If you choose to mail your payment, your order will not be processed until payment is received. There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. We also work with Sezzle; this allows you to split your cost into four bi-weekly payments.

What types of discounts do you offer?

There may be sales throughout the year. Occasionally we offer discount codes for new or returning customers or special group discounts. Follow our Facebook page and join our VIP group to stay up to date on all current events (and maybe snag a secret discount code or two!)

What are Brand Reps?

Brand Representatives are people who really love Sunshine Savvy clothes and want to spread the word about our brands! They receive a special discount during their term on all items, as well as earning store credit. Brand Reps must be active on social media. There are other requirements that come along with being a Brand Rep. Follow our social media pages for more information.

How does my child become a Brand Rep?

Brand Rep terms last about four months. That means new Brand Reps are selected three times a year. Follow our social media pages for more information. Brand Reps can be any gender, race, ability, and age as long as they will fit into our clothing sizes (14/16 is the upper limit for both boys and girls.) Brand Reps can also be anywhere in the country and do not need to be local.
